Add up to three additional hashtags related to the content and tag @Callofduty. Payment is $1.75 per 1,000 views with a minimum payout of $2 and a maximum cap of $1,500 per video.
Page audience should primarily be Tier 1-2 countries (30%+ Tier 3 may be removed)
What adds most: clearing the minimum and rate. What takes away most: free budget.
