2What Clipper Hub is, and what it is not

Clipper Hub is an independent information service. It collects what clipping campaigns publish on their own pages —rate per thousand views, minimum payout, budget, number of participants, deadlines and rules— and presents it in order, with a calculated score and a summary of each set of rules.

Clipper Hub is not a campaign platform. It does not run campaigns, does not hire anyone, neither receives nor distributes payments, does not review clips and does not mediate in any relationship between a clipper and a brand. Nor is it affiliated with, associated with, sponsored by or authorised by contentrewards.com, by Whop, or by any of the brands, agencies, artists or companies appearing in the table.

Whoever decides whether to accept a clipper, which clips are approved and how much is paid is the campaign, under its own terms. Any problem with a payment, an approval or an account is settled with whoever runs that campaign and with the platform it is published on, not here.

3Access, age and acceptance

Access to the site is free and open. No sign-up and no personal data are needed to read all of the information.

Browsing the site means accepting this legal notice and the terms of use it contains, in the version published at any given time. Anyone who disagrees should simply not use it.

Intended for people over 18. The activity this site reports on consists of working for money for third parties, and the platforms where those campaigns are published require you to be of age in order to be paid. The site is not aimed at minors and collects no data from them.

4Permitted and prohibited use

You may read, consult, quote with a link to the source, and share the content. What is not allowed:

Reasonable use —consulting, comparing, saving a page, quoting a figure with a link back here— needs no permission. For any systematic or commercial use of the data, just write and ask.

5Where the data comes from and how reliable it is

All the information comes from public pages, read without logging in and respecting each site's robots.txt. No accounts, credentials or private interfaces are used, and no clipper's name, profile or individual earnings are collected.

From that published data, columns of our own are calculated —the view threshold above which a clip starts earning, the split per participant, the score from 0 to 10— using a method explained in the guide and in each column's help text.

The data may be out of date or wrong. The table is refreshed every few hours, campaigns change their terms without notice, some publish inconsistent figures, and an automatic summary of a set of rules can miss a detail that matters. Before working for a campaign you must read its original terms, which are linked from every card. What is published here is an aid to choosing, not a substitute for the official document and not a recommendation.

6No guarantee of earnings

This site promises, guarantees and estimates no earnings whatsoever for anyone. The figures it shows are historical, aggregate data for each campaign: what others have been paid does not predict what anyone else will be paid.

Most campaigns only pay above a minimum number of views; below that minimum you earn zero, however much work the clip took. It is perfectly possible to spend hours and be paid nothing.

Nothing published here is financial, tax, employment or legal advice. Everyone is responsible for their own decisions, for declaring whatever income they earn and for meeting the tax and social security obligations that apply to them, as well as the terms of use of the social networks they post on.

7Intellectual and industrial property

The texts, design, code, graphics and analysis on this site are the property of Fernando Morales, unless stated otherwise. The database is additionally protected by the sui generis database maker's right (articles 133 et seq. of the Spanish Intellectual Property Act): substantial extraction or reuse requires authorisation.

The typefaces used (Bricolage Grotesque and Figtree) are used under the SIL Open Font License 1.1 and are hosted on this same server.

Third-party trade marks. The trade names, marks, logos and campaign images shown belong to their respective owners. They are reproduced for information only, to identify the campaign the data refers to, with no intention of appropriation and without suggesting any link, sponsorship or approval on their part. Their use is covered by the right of quotation and by the descriptive use of another's trade mark to identify the product or service the information refers to.

8Content takedown

Any rights holder, company or person who considers that content on this site infringes their rights, contains an error or includes data that should not be published may write to bbreaksvault@gmail.com stating:

The request is handled as quickly as possible and, in any event, within a maximum of 30 calendar days. If the content is an incorrect figure, it is corrected or removed; if it is an image or a mark whose use is objected to, it is removed without argument. No formal notice and no lawyer are needed.

9Links to other sites

The site links to third-party pages: campaigns, platforms, rules and advertised products. Those sites are not under Clipper Hub's control, which is not responsible for their content, their availability, their terms or the data processing they carry out. Clicking a link takes you off this site, and the destination's terms and privacy policy apply from then on.

Some of those links are affiliate links: they are labelled as advertising and explained under Affiliates and advertising.

10Service availability

The service is provided free of charge and with no availability commitment. It may be interrupted, change shape, stop being updated or shut down at any time, without notice and without giving rise to any right to compensation. Nor is the information guaranteed to be complete: a campaign may stop appearing, or never appear at all, without that meaning anything about it.

11Paid services (not active yet)

As of these terms, all the content on the site is free and nobody is charged anything. If a subscription or another paid service is offered in the future, the following will apply and this page will be updated before switching it on:

No paid feature will ever condition the ranking: the table and the score will remain the same for everyone.

12Liability

The owner takes reasonable care that the information is correct, but is not liable for loss or damage arising from use of the site, and in particular for: decisions taken on the basis of its data, errors or omissions in the information, third-party content linked to, service interruptions or technical incompatibilities.

None of the above excludes or limits liability that by law cannot be excluded or limited: in particular, liability arising from wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and the rights that consumer law grants to consumers.

13Changes to these terms

These terms may be amended to adapt them to legal changes or to the service itself. The version in force is always the one published on this page, with its version number and date. Significant changes will be flagged on the site's front page.

14Governing law and complaints

These terms are governed by Spanish law. For any dispute, the parties submit to the courts having jurisdiction under the applicable rules; where the other party is a consumer, the courts of their domicile will have jurisdiction and they will continue to be protected by the mandatory consumer protection rules of their country of residence.

Before going to court, any complaint can be sent to bbreaksvault@gmail.com: every one gets an answer. Consumers may also turn to the consumer protection bodies of their region or to the consumer arbitration system. If any clause of this text were held void, the rest will remain valid.
